Usually if I make lasagna, that's my meal for three days. LOL.
Grilled chicken breasts and boiled brown rice,and.forcing myself to eat a few steamed vegetables. i make 4-6 chicken breasts every morning and all the rice for it too. Stick them in the fridge till i need them. Usually need all 4-6 in a singlr day

Just wondering. Since it sounds like you omitted bread and other carbs, sounds like you are trying to change your eating.
The one thing I hate about the Foreman grill is how to clean it when making steaks or cheap ground chuck burgers.
Well one idea I was going to say, depending on your vegetables, if your foreman has an ajustable hinge in the back, you can cut up and make sish ka bobs with chicken, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
It'll also go good on rice with alittle sauce.
Yeah im going from a terrible diet to a healthy eating one. The rice is for my carbs and the chicken for a small bit of fat and lots of protein. Vegetables for the obvious reasons. Im not worried about mixing it up or anything because chicken is my favorite meat and rice is my favorite carb source. Good to know though in case i ever do get bored with it!
ninja edit: i grill up a steak every few days and rep a chicken breast with it. Usually thick cut sirloin with all the fat cut off

I don't get too much snow here anymore, it's snowed once so far this winter (well maybe a bit more, but nothing that stayed).
each area has their weather problems, if you don't want to deal with weather then move to space, but you'll likely have issues escaping the planet's gravity, breathing, getting supplies, and will have to worry about asteroids.
