I like thin socks but I don't tear them very often since I don't wear socks at home (no one wears shoes indoors in Sweden (in homes)).

You adjust... Once you get used to the fact that if you are getting hit you are being raped it gets easier. Most games these days you can just slash your way through 80% of enemies and not have to worry about dying.
