nexus seven and kindle fire should be under 200 of whatever sweden uses as currency and are very good tablets. they both run on android (iirc the tab runs 4.1 and the kindle fire is on 4.0 only, but that isnt a big deal), kindle obviously having the added benefit of having all of the normal kindle functions on top of being a very nice android tablet, especially for the price.

I'd do this one before anything else that isn't an iPad, but they have a cheaper version that isn't true HD.
