Next year when I rebuild my PC to be ungodly powerful I'm going to SLI the 680's and get a couple 36inch monitors.

wish I could rebuild a PC each year :| *** this 5 year old dinosaur.
trying to decide where to reward myself for good grades :I subway will make me feel less guilty but eh sammich. mcdonalds tastes good but will feel guilty after lol o.o

It's possible, but the performance of the 680's is just sweet. It would take a lot to out do it with the 700 series. If something newer and shinier comes out by then, I'll get it, but if the 600 series is still king then huzzah.

If you don't then you may as well keep the mentality of well they will release the new X next year and replace it. Then just never build a new machine again.
The point of most enthusiast is to build the strongest machine they can within their budget for the current time.

oh lord yes
I mean I'm sure it could be better but I won't know for a few weeks when I get the money for a low end 7.1 sound card (found a creative one on newegg for 45 bucks)

That game was awesome, I remember playing the demo over and over to see what different creatures I could create! Then a few years later I downloaded the game for emulator and got bored sitting through the ridiculously lousy intro and didn't bother :/

That game was awesome, I remember playing the demo over and over to see what different creatures I could create! Then a few years later I downloaded the game for emulator and got bored sitting through the ridiculously lousy intro and didn't bother :/
Not being able to see how much damage you're doing to bosses makes planning out your moves a tad difficult, though, so I don't think I'll be playing it tonight. :<
