See ALL OF THOSE GEMS? The bright bluish ones, and the red ones. Those are the gems I was talking about needing. I have 9/24 gems now. :D Ontop of my outfit is Lv.25~ and my pet is Lv.7 now. Nobody will sell me any pets though. :/

Actually, and I can say this with relative confidence... Zah was one of the ones who ended up getting Scragg to up it from 25... Not necessarily directly, but he said it was never his intent to limit people, just to limit abuse. IIRC, within just a page or two of her expressing frustration (in the lol thread) at not being able to plus something.
I highly doubt that, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

But i'm done with my Hidan outfit for a while. :| Next Lvl moves it up to Lv. 75 which...I am not. >.>; So, yeah. lol I'm debating if I want to lvl up an anni outfit though... hm
