got my epona's ring last night and Hecate Earing. fun.

hdmi is hdmi.

he's right in that dvi will gave the same digital picture quality, but consoles don't do dvi.

in it being a digital signal, a connection is a connection it will either work or it won't, unless you're going over long distances it doesn't really matter which cable you get, go cheap.

my friend recommended this site for cables:

he said they're good quality and cheap, since I know he hates junk I'll take his word for it. I plan to buy some 360 vga cables from there.

VGA is the lowest quality you can use, sure it gives a decent picture but the refresh rate on them are ***. You can litteraly see the lag when watching one after using a gold HDMI.

Unless something big happens to change my mind; permanently.
Only thing I had even a remote interest in was finishing Aegis and maybe making Ryunohige, but I don't see a point in getting them if I'm not going to keep playing afterwards anyway. :x

umm, why did you bother to get a "gold" hdmi?

and ghosting is a problem on cheap cables, but these should be fine. Either way I need vga for what I'm doing as I don't feel like buying more monitors and I'm trying to set up a horde lan party, and the monitors were cheap or free (1 cheap the other free), and it beats the alternative of dragging a few crt tv's in with composite (even lower picture quality).
