Well, I've got my April Fool's jokes set up on my mom, dad, and sister's PCs. Now I play the waiting game. . .

Do I have to be past a certain level in XIV to be able to use the mounts or get that gobbue mount?

Can get the gobboue at lv 30 in the Limsa area, Chocobo you buy with 3k company seals so you need to be atleast 25 I think.

Company seals?
Company Seals are the currency used by the Grand Companies of Eorzea (The Maelstrom, The Immortal Flames, and The Order of the Twin Adder).
Kinda like Conquest Points, Imperial Standing or Allied Notes, except only gained from doing Company stuff.
I couldn't decide which company to join (because IIRC you can only do company stuff with other people from the same company and I didn't know who joined what or anything) so I just waited out that extra five levels and got the Goobbue. :x

I went with Adder, Flames seemed like it would be too much about politics for me from the pre joining quests and wasn't big on the whole pirates theme with limsa. Though the Admeral seemed like an interesting enough character that it was a hard choice between Maelstrom and Adder. Gridania seemed to be the underdog of the 3 cities story wise too which is something that always seems to draw me in.

I had a dream about this forum last night too. Aly (yeah, mod Aly) posted a link to a porn video involving some sort of acrobatic sex threesome. It looked like a guy and two girls but when they moved a certain way, you saw that it was a girl, a guy, and a transsexual (girl top parts, guy bottom parts).

The only time this forum has ever been in my dreams is I opened it and saw there were 3 messages in my inbox then had to go so closed it and decided to check the messages later... never did find out what was in them.
