(FU) Then I had to do some sort of obstacle course that involved a huge water slide like at water parks. I failed the test because I said something at the end of the run, and then because my teacher said I was involved with a "Wolf pack" because they had info that I built ZOIDS models that were mostly "Wolves". >_> So odd. wow, just wow. also: those who can't do; teach those who can't teach; teach gym (the first premise is off though as I know plenty of people who can do but teach as well, knowledge has to be passed on) I think this Imperial Agent almost one shot someone in pvp O.o
Bored :/

Thanks to all these advancements in Science and Math, there's really not as much room for the Arts. to Magnuss: not many buy books, and currently publishers are attempting to hold on to an old business model and wonder why they aren't making money. Also, there shouldn't be much room for the arts, it's sad that so many people in college in the US go for "arts" instead of science/math/a stable profession. Flavin: the second statement makes perfect sense as gym "teachers" are typically morons. I'm a student who is greatly inspired by my one current teacher who not only runs a business but also teaches what he knows, it's almost inspiring to the point to where I'm half tempted to go through the trouble of a Masters(or PHD) so I could one day teach. Granted I could probably teach at a lower level, but it would require patience for such a thing. You're not being hostile? Half my family are/were teachers and my brother is a p.e. teacher and you just called him a moron. You do nothing yet and yet you judge...

It's kinda unfair to call a p.e. teacher a moron :/ ok it's not a job that requires a college degree but alot of p.e. instructors are ex military or personal trainers too, so it's disrespectful to say something like that.

Quote: Also, there shouldn't be much room for the arts, it's sad that so many people in college in the US go for "arts" instead of science/math/a stable profession. Lol. This is the part where I stop taking you seriously. He never said your brother is a moron, he said PE teachers typically are.
Bismarck.Dracondria said: » He never said your brother is a moron, he said PE teachers typically are. You know, I'm a fatass that tried to get out of as much PE as possible because HS boys are ***. I didn't like my PE teachers, by any means. But you know what, those HS PE teachers are usually coaches, too. Those guys get in at 6:30am and get the trackies on the field running. They are there planning logistics like nobody's business. They're pushing paperwork for every single student registered, and they do classes. They're thinking up football strategies. They're figuring out cost effective ways to repair the field. They're trying to figure out logistics you may never have to. I never liked my PE teachers, but I'll be damned if anyone can get away with calling them dumb or lazy, because they aren't. They get in almost as early as the security guards and they get out with the last haul of them. They work damn hard, and they use their brains more than you know.
