Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
I love One Piece...but Fishmen Island arc hasn't been really exciting.

You seem to be quite excited about it and I don't think you've told us why, though I could be wrong. :x my new computer gets here wednesday Phoenix.Sehachan said: » I love One Piece...but Fishmen Island arc hasn't been really exciting. Like Jaya, Loguetown etc (even if they had some action). "We're writing to let you know about a change to your PayPal account.
Starting 12/26/2011, money from payments you receive will be placed in a pending balance for up to 21 days. By doing this, we're making sure that there's enough money in your account to cover potential refunds or claims." yeah thanks paypal, that makes me want to sell stuff :| Hope that isnt for everyone <.>
i dont think so, they do that bs review every 35 days and change mine sometimes lol i dont really wanna sell if my money gets stuck for almost a month lol
Paypal has always protected the buyer, not so much the seller.
The only time I've successfully sold anything, I wouldn't send the item until I had already withdrawn the money from Paypal, which I made clear in the listing and in the correspondences with the person buying it. There were a couple of people who wanted the item, but wouldn't agree to these terms, so they didn't get it. i wouldnt agree to those terms either lol withdraw the money then i never get my item lol >_>
Well someone agreed to them.. I just wasn't going to let myself get ripped off, someone was going to have to trust the other and it wasn't going to be me giving out the trust.
once they gave me the money i couldnt remove it for 3 days anyway and they couldnt just take back the money from me either lol i wasnt trusting them, once i saw my money in there i sent them the stuff o.0
They can take the money back, all they have to do is file a claim saying the item was broken or wasn't what you said it was. Paypal has the power (and uses it) to take that money back out of your account and give it back to the buyer, then they have your item and the money.
That's what I meant by they protect the buyer and not the seller. I know I'm late, but...

WOOHOO!!!
Got my new mobo, ram, and cpu working flawlessly without having to re-format. Kinda sad though at same time, I can't use one of my USB ports and my internal card reader (new board doesn't support 1394 2x5 connections ;.;). Only have 7 usb ports now :( and the one I lost was the one I used the most xD. O well, yay I can now pump any game to max settings. Edit~ Now to look at new liquid cooling units, my old one doesn't support socket 1155 mobos. What all'd ya gets?
Specs man, I need specs! Why would I need those to see undies?!
