i get the most god awful tension headaches in my neck when i get stress and tired. i need to find something to help ease those, since medicine doesnt work, the only think i've found that helps is a very firm massage that digs down into the muscle, but since i dont know anything about massaging, i'm always worried i'll mess something up

I think she meant the rag, not the Gatorade, although feel free to correct me if you're using Gatorade on your neck.
