Fine, I'll eat the treat myself. turns out that mixtape game was connected to megan ellison, daughter of larry ellison. one billionaire gets 10/10s, the other can't catch a break. big *** swinging left and right
Wonder how licensing is handled with this title when it comes to streaming. Videos of playthroughs can be found on youtube but I assume they'll be demonetized?
Quote: If my position is steam/valve/newel aren't the saints they get portrait as and back it up with a example that demonstrates that they are just as bad as their competition and your retort is their competition does it too then I'm not sure what you've debunked there. Here is another example: Valve has been, and still is, pushing unregulated gambling in it's games, which are also marketed at minors. Please remember if you want to debunk my take then "their competition does so, too." doesn't cut it. Sounds like Valve is the trendsetter. The other e-shops decided to follow suit. Epic Store has an interesting model about how games must make X money before the dev pays up, and the games made with Unreal still get sold on Steam. Go figure eh. Its almost as if they know Epic Store is ***and they said to gain more by selling on Steam. Speaking of “unregulated gambling”, Fortnite (Epics flagship money maker) also has unregulated gambling, does it not? Whales are everywhere, its not exclusive to Valve, sorry to burst that bubble. You cant say “REE VALVE BAD GABES EVIL” when the competition does the exact same ***. People in glass houses shouldnt throw stones or something like that. Quote: I didn't narrow it down to just Humble Bundle. Quote: Lets take the second example on your list. According to steamdb Pragmata never went for less than 59,99 on steam. If we look it up on ggdeals we see multiple offers for 50 and less. Fanatical, which is similar to Humble Bundle, is among those sub 50 offers. I think we can agree that being on par with the rest isn't worthy of worship. In order to debunk my take, burst my bubble or how ever you want to phrase it, you'd need to show where Valve does significantly better than their competition. Carbuncle.Nynja said: » I went to Humble Bundle to see if I could buy Crimson Desert. Oops, cant find it. Maybe its too new. Lets see what other big 2026 games there are: Pragmata: 79.99 on Humble Bundle, 79.99 on Steam RE:Requiem: 94.99 on HB, 94.99 on Steam Nioh 3: 90.99 on HB, 90.99 on Steam Reanimal: 53.49 on HB, 40.11 on Steam Any other 2026 games you want to look at? Did I cherry pick to suit my narrative? Third entry on your list Resident Evil Requiem so far never went below 69,99 on steam according to steamdb. On ggdeals there are currently 10 offers listed that are cheaper, 2 of them below 60 bucks. I'm starting to see a pattern here. Shall I continue or can we acknowledge that the pricing argument doesn't always play in steams favor? Althor said: » anybody look through the ufo dump? saw a few cool things but its harder than ever to know what to believe these days. Looks all like useless/pointless stuff to me, a bunch of nothing that keeps coming up every 6 months. I really doubt its aliens at all. The weirdest part is the bot campaign that goes to every instagram or youtube reel/story about it and posts "WHAT ABOUT EPSTEIN". Like I'm sure there are real people posting that, but the amount of people posting the exact same things makes me feel like its a bot campaign. Then you have another bot campaign that posts stuff saying its biblical and they are not aliens they are demons. IDK, maybe the internet lately has made me feel everything is a bot campaign, but we know that happens. I used to buy almost all official stuff there except imports. The stuff from Japan gets hiked up an insane amount on their site which makes no sense when you can go and order it from japanese sites like amiami and pay much less. I don't know why they do it, but its kinda predatory if you ask me. Don't bother importing them if you are gonna hike the price that much. They even increased their flat shipping fee they've had for years, only two dollars but still. They are also now tacking on "tariff impact fee" to literally everything, even things pre ordered prior to any tariffs. Of course once these businesses manage to get a refund or something after that case, they won't pass it on. Frustrating paying 10~20+ per item but they arent the only ones doing it. I dont know the process how they get their stock but my guess is theyre resellers who bought in bulk at discount. I'm just repeating stuff I've already said now. Because you guys keep quoting each other and replying every comma, is that the FFXIAH databse crashes, and people cant read my follow ups.

A couple of things I hear Steam users talk about frequently are the refund policy, reviews, and forums. Every new game's performance that comes out is measured by peak users on steam even if it is multi-platform. Excluding mobile Steam has the biggest library and of course people will gravitate towards that. I like to watch

Video explains it much better than I can. YouTube Video Placeholder Oh noes. Dutch datacenter burned down and that's where a lot of the pirate site was QQ
