It sucks. I can't imagine losing my hard work and effort among the mountains of shovelware.

Meanwhile I'm developing a roleplaying game engine in a market that's suddenly become swamped and is on the teetering edge of collapse. My only solace is that I'm not in it for the money so I'm cool to just share it with people I like. Maybe I'll even get RT involved in a beta test one of these days ;)

the fact that you can barely hold any of the delusions you parade as an identity across a single page in this thread is a sure sign of the weak life you clearly live. you desperately hop between little bits of nostalgia of video games and cartoons from your youth because nothing greater than that small joy has ever happened to you and you need the little dopamine hits as much as possible to distract from the sad reality of the world you have created for yourself. you sit there grinding 35 year old games to the extreme for hours to distract yourself from how pathetic you truly truly are. thank god jessi has just the kindest canadian heart to play along with your inane ***. you are the definition of pitiful.

You can be whatever you want to be! I'm still not clear on what kind of meat and potatoes I'm going to use. For my first alpha test I told people just to tell me what kind of character they wanted and I built the game around that.
