Have to abandon the traditional keto thing and find another method or some other version. While on keto my blood pressure was staying around 140~160+ and the second number was in the 90s and heart rate in the 80s. Typically my blood pressure is 100 and the second number under 80 with heart rate 60 or less. Today I went off keto and my blood pressure was normal again in less than an hour.

It’s probably my genetics being largely Irish and German (my ancestors liked them tatters n carbs)

Not really. Only when I get a headache which was like a week ago and all i did was eat a salt packet at my work
