I watched maybe a minute of it. Seems rather mobile, he's going to be almost as annoying as tracer. x.x
Edit: Also apparently he generates shields by hitting people

Ahhh, Seagull xD I haven't seen the developer video yet but I have seen his hero page and only the animations so it's good to know he's got some resistances and defense mechanisms. 250 Health is a nice healthy sum too for someone who has to get close to do his work.

Holy crap, I've never seen SSB Goku break 2 million damage before. And against an enemy with a type advantage over him no less. It took out like 3 health bars at once. @_@;
