Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
Never been a fan of web cartridges.
I'm so drained. I've spent the last 6 months shooting for damn near perfection at work to guarantee a big bonus and to focus on career progression. I just gotta make it til January 1st and I can relax, but I've been trying to just move past the stress. Starting to feel it. Being this close should offer some relief, but I'm feeling more terrified than anything. I don't normally vent about this stuff. I'm just feeling like I'm running on fumes tonight.

Ty sir. Everyone gets a bonus, but being in the top 5% of performance adds a multiplier to the bonus. Can be a 2-3x increase plus double your yearly raise from like 3-4% to 6-8. I've been in that top % all year, but haven't had less than 40 hours except for the week of thanksgiving since June. Usually more like 50.Trying to guarantee my spot. I really do appreciate the kind words and support bro.

Finished the first 4 challenges of Season 8 in D3 last night, Crusader 70(94) and started playing my monk.
I don't know why D3 is appealing to me so much right now but the clickfest is very satisfying and I'm just gonna ride the wave (of light, hah! monk jokes) for the time being.

Read some of that AMA. The bit about the child with the congenital neck problems who just wanted to be held by Goofy was really touching too.
Disney is a business, and they're ruthless in many ways.
Yet their characters and stories and presence means so much to so many people. It's really nice to see.
Edit: Also, I find Wall•E to be the only thing that prevents me from fearing AI takeover. I mean, it will still probably happen, but if they promise to be as adorable as Wall•E and EVE I support it occurring.
