Yeah they would be a good size to mount, and I bet since they aren't as tough you could probably take on more than one at a time!

The hardest part of mounting it is that you'd have to stuff it first, and finding a taxidermist who wanted to work with dragon heads would be difficult. As for the brackets, I'd imagine you'd need a typical L bracket, although industrial might be your best option.
