simple crunches have a good effect on apnea, try it. couple of times a week 30 crunches to start, just build it up. Only downside (if you see it as a downside) is that once you start doing it you have to keep doing it. The moment you stop excercising the problems will come back.

Rank 14 (Year 4) Veteran reward is the final veteran reward for XIV btw. So there's a 6-8 month gap between 13 and 14 and there will be nothing after the 4 year mark.

I've been playing destiny with ffxi people and it's a more satisfing grind. plus it's like a free mmo so I don't have to give bungie any money monthly lol

lucky you on the PS4 and their Exclusive content :/

Anyway, I enjoy crucible a lot but I'm not that well with trying to snipe people with sniper rifles/Queenbreakers bow
