If you do the kill Odin Prime 13 times quest, then you get a pretty intimate cutscene with Aphmau imo.
As I remember it, you were basically trying to sell your soul to Odin to take the place of Luzaf, so that his soul could be free just to make Aphmau happy. Her puppets ask you if you do it cause you are in love with Aphmau at some point.

Aphmau was in love with Luzaf. The relationship she has with your character is of deep respect and friendship. I mean, you pretty much saved her, her empire, the world and helped her make peace with a bunch of people. Hard not to be your friend!
