Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
I got nothing to top a rubber ***.
Edit: What a way to page that! There is only 1 country song I like, and I only like it when I am drunk, AND only when I am playing Rockband.
HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW? NOW THAT I'M ON MY WAY! etc etc Grumpy Cat said: » There is only 1 country song I like, and I only like it when I am drunk, AND only when I am playing Rockband. HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW? NOW THAT I'M ON MY WAY! etc etc DO YOU STILL THINK I'M CRAZY. STANDIN' HERE TODAY!? *sigh* See what you did, Girlboy? This is all_your_fault. Just to clarify and sort of merge topics.
I mentioned I'm from a backward nowheresville town. We had _one_ radio station growing up, and you had to listen to it every morning for any sort of local announcements. Schools closing, log trucks overturning on the main (and only significant) street, things like that. And it was a modern country station. I know every country hit of the 90s backward and forward (and anything from the summer of 2000, 2001). And I like about three of them. Ramyrez said: » Just to clarify and sort of merge topics. I also grew up in small nowhere town NY, all the local stations were country and 101.1 XFM was a Canadian alternative rock station, so I listened to it and only it. I also grew up in small nowhere town NY, all the local stations were country and 101.1 XFM was a Canadian alternative rock station, so I listened to it and only it. My family is from Buffalo. My grandmother, mother, and uncles were born there and they moved to my hometown when my mom was ~12. They all have that like 5-10% Canadian accent that comes from living on the other side of the Peace Bridge, pissing distance from Ontario. So I grew up hearing it and had a few very subtle things that I also pronounced Canadiany. ...of those like 20 words, one of them was OF COURSE "about." So I got a lot of ***for that in high school. Edit: through years of practice I've managed to work it out mostly. But if I get drunk and start talking fast, look oot. Because it's aboot to get a little woodsy up in here. Town I live in (still do) is also a one radio station, only can be heard around 50 miles around the town.
Also country. Also reports any local *** (farmers market, bake sales, events at the convention center, weather issues, brush fires, Godzilla attacks, so on). I try not to listen to that channel. That's the reason why I don't listen to anything American anymore, my father loves that station.... Grumpy Cat said: » At least you match. I remember having a purple harness, red hat, yellow subligar and pink gloves when starting out. I went through 6485 screenshots and didn't find it
Then I remembered I had a beta screenshot folder and it was the first damn picture in it Asura.Kingnobody said: » Town I live in (still do) is also a one radio station, only can be heard around 50 miles around the town. One dude basically reading the station's own classifieds and another guy making a bunch of racket, shouting, doing voices, and being an annoying *** in the background. 1st anniversary tournament is live on DBZ Dokkan Battle.
Everyone that manages to win at least a single match gets SR Bulma (youth). 5 tournament wins (and more beyond that) gets SSR Super Saiyan Goku. Top 75,000 get SSR Super Saiyan Vegeta (GT). Top 20,000 + anyone that reaches Beerus tier gets SSR Super Saiyan Goku (GT). And that's not even counting the DB Saga and Guaranteed SSR summon tickets. If ever there was a tournament that was worth spending stones on stamina refreshes, this is it. Now I've gotta split my attention between Bleach anniversary events and the tournament. @_@; Gratuitous upskirt shots during cutscenes.

For your enjoyment Also: Kojo, click here! Remember a cartoon a friend shared like a decade ago of a guy dressed in really obnoxious clothing with the quote "When you are level 75 you can look cool like me."
Asura.Kingnobody said: » For your enjoyment I find a Texas site called "Seguintoday" amusing when there's a very good player for the Dallas Stars named Tyler Seguin. This was on like KMHT 103.9 or something.
Very annoying. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have Glamour require a level 50 to unlock
At least you can dye at 15 Valefor.Sehachan said: » Gratuitous upskirt shots during cutscenes. Fun Fact: SCH AF panties are white, SMN AF panties are black. New day, new discount summon.
Yep, I love this anniversary summon. Anna Ruthven said: » This was on like KMHT 103.9 or something. This was the frequency for the station I was talking about back home! It has since gone off the air and my hometown has no local stations anymore. Leon Kasai said: » New day, new discount summon. Yep, I love this anniversary summon. Ramyrez said: » "basically." Unless cartoon women with the words "panty and stocking" somehow has some street definition with today's kids that I'm not clear upon. I really can't understand how you guys can enjoy these gacha games so much .-.
Really? >_> I just use the characters I like <_< except Orihime... she is just there to carry all my lower level characters...

Except...chances are most people you run into haven't watched the show. Look, it's kind of like if you run around saying "Primus sucks" in 2016. Now, I mean that's a bit of a dated reference I realize, but still. At the time it started out as this sort of funny in-joke among fans and the band. But the band themselves don't even like people saying it anymore because it lost it's validity as an in-joke and now it just comes across as this smug sort of "test" for whether or not someone is a "real" Primus fan and gets the reference. Most people who see something like that aren't going to have seen the show or whatever. They're going to see a sexualized cartoon chick and two women's undergarments being named. It's difficult to not draw conclusions. For me, that is why it is an excellent filter.
3 situations may happen: 1) Person assumes I am a weeb hentai gaijin whatever and they want me to move along quickly. I agree and want nothing to do with this person anyway. 2) They see sweet ero-esque anime ladies and think that is cool. We either start talking about Bible Black and Artificial Academy, or nervously sweat and mumble until it is all over. 3) They see it, and know what it is. We start talking about Gainax as a studtio and the common art styles/chracter archetypes etc etc or nervously sweat and mumble until it is all over. |
