I'm leaving for Japan in a day and so far my packing has amounted to empty suitcases and carry-on cases laying on the floor with a typed check list of what I need to put into them...

I feel I've earned myself an ice cream break.

How long are you going to be there?
1-3 years depending on if I renew my work contract.

Their backing band is pretty tight -- at least on recordings -- and the music is done well, the songs are kinda catchy.

Yet somehow I feel like they -- and every other Japanese* band of this type in most musical genres -- are little more than an excuse to have teen girl fap material normalized.

It's creepy to me.

*Edit: obviously it happens in the U.S. (and probably worldwide) too, but it just seems markedly over-the-top in Japan.

I'm somehow reminded of a linkshell member who jumped right past his phone and held up his laptop to take a picture of his PC with it's built-in camera to explain to us the problem he was having with his PC.

What I'm curious about is if you can actually make progress on an emulated version since you can log in via Google. I could see some cheating taking place.

I don't know how it works specifically but you can cheat on your geolocalization on the emulator.

Regardless though, it just kills the point of the game if you capture them on your ***. Play the ds games.
