So I think I'm either doing something horribly wrong or the class I picked at the beginning of Dragons Dogma sucks total ***.

I'm running into these sword and shield bandits who are just murdering my trio like we are nothing and I barely scratch them with my daggers or arrows.

Depending on where you went some of those bandits are way higher level than you early on.
