Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
Trying to think about these guys' perception of mods. I can only assume they think it's as simple as Super Mario Maker.

If they are of pc quality which is what they seem to want. At one time I had over 70 mods for Skyrim running. I don't remember how much space that took up, but I'm willing to bet it was at least 5x that limit. my current mod load for FO4. pretty sure it'd cause an xbox to go into thermal shock 18GB worth of them and this is why I got Fallout 4 for PC, no way on gods green earth is PS4 going to allow me to mod the way I want to even if I have a 2TB drive installed it still take so much space for even the simplest overhaul. I can only assume they think it's as simple as Super Mario Maker. not far from the truth, a lot of them ask why they can't have Snapmap for Fallout on consoles. i think the problem is a lot of them are kids who dont understand the cost in terms of manpower and finances that it takes to make dev kits, let alone hand them out for free to your userbase. Bah AH is messing up the quotes -.-, what I was going to say was even with a 2tb drive in like Ps4 would it still croak with so many mods?
Probably not since you're only allowed to instal 2GB worth of mods on console, but a huge HD texture pack or a high poly set of meshes might cause you some problems. I doubt your console would crash, but the game might, and you'd almost certainly compromise your framerate. PS4 and Xbone versions of Fallout 4 already run like ***in a lot of places.
I mean, ***, the fog in Far Harbor stresses the Xbox out pretty bad lol Most of the mods that will be playable on console will be small texture swaps or model swaps, new weapons, new areas, new monsters, etc. as long as none of it uses F4SE Things not to expect ever to be on console would be companion limit increases, workshop area increases, workshop limit increases, complex UI changes, etc. since they all use 3rd party script extensions Just rewatched Shanghai Knights for the first time in quite a number of years. Always been a fan of Jackie Chan, but this time around I had to stop and think about the cast. I imdbed'em.
The little kid that's supposed to be Charlie Chaplain grew up to be Quicksilver! ***' A! whoops. i fell asleep by accident @.@
i think i mentioned awhile back that a friend thinks i haven't been dating enough this year and made me sign up for a dating website. i don't list pictures, and my "what i'm looking for in a woman" section is just the lyrics to short skirt long jacket.
however, it sends me emails with "probable soul mate matches" and when i'm bored i'll play this horrible hot or not game with my matches. then, tonight i got this picture. is it just me or does this dog look terrified? is it her dog? is she about to murder it? is there a terrorist attack happening off screen the dog knows, but she's unwilling to break her pose for? most importantly, why post this pic o.o? rawr and such for that unintended nap! I'm about to go out for the day *leaves clothes scattered on the floor*
leaving the clothes on the floor instead of wearing them? a bold play fluster butt.

large cities like say london, use automation on the traffic lights, which is managed by people in rush hours. Wouldn't take a lot for someone to figure out how to break into that. >_> Theres a lot we depend on to much in such a way. The sad part is that it would be easy to design a vehicle that's modern and connected and yet safe as far as the actual course of driving is concerned. Don't connect the drive systems to the same system as the rest of the car and you're pretty much gold (obvious exceptions of course).
Rule of thumb: if you can connect to it, it can be hacked. edit: I've toyed with the idea of sitting down and designing the entire electrical system of a car from scratch, to kind of improve upon a lot of the complaints I have with most, but it'd be moot as I could never design the rest of the car, I'm not a mechanical engineer. edit: same reason I'd never put a home security system (like door locks and stuff) on a system connected online, *** that. Hell I'd almost be paranoid enough to not connect cameras either. I mean the vast majority rely on security by obscurity, including myself. I don't think I'd ever want to be a public figure, if I were I'd have to go off the digital grid. Damnit, I need a bunker now.

Random Thought: I was comparing a .45 Colt round to a .44 Magnum shell the other day and noticed that the rims are roughly the same, as are overall length so I got to thinking; in the Desert Eagle, a .44 Magnum and .50 AE have the same rim so swapping between the two only requires a new barrel and magazine.
So, if you could have a custom barrel and magazine made to chamber .45 Colt, given the projectiles available for .45 ACP, .454 Casual, and .460 S&W, you could make some pretty devastating .45 Colt +P+ rounds. It'd most likely outperform the very awkward and scarce .50 AE. /ramblings |
