For those who are interested in linguistics Italy is a pretty special case as we have a bunch of different languages that vary by region. We call em dialects here but that's actually wrong because the dialects would be the small variations that each of these languages have within the region, but if I speak my language to someone from Milan and viceversa we are 100% unintelligible to each other. Like welsh would be to english for instance.

The only language everyone can understand is tuscan because it's the one the official italian was built on, and roman because it's similar enough to tuscan to be easy to understand.
As for all of the others it feels like being in another country entirely lol.

Why does my mouse not work on the lower bar of my pc anymore? Like where icons and start menu are. It doesn't open start or the volume but reacts to the other icons.
How I fix?

Yes because it's since last night, so it was obviously shut down and restarted today but the problem is still around it seems and it's starting to annoy me.

windows 10, start button doesn't work or pop up the menu?

Start button, volume button, notifications button and right click on the other icons(which sounds pretty random).

ANYWAY IT WORKS NOW!
Idk why but 2 reboots weren't enough but it works at the third.

If you have a gaming keyboard make sure the keyboard itself isn't in "game mode"

if your taskbar doesnt work, usually you can restart explorer.exe by crashing it through your task manager
