Got a Kupon from Achakka, turned it in for a Tamaxchi!
Took a bit for people to show up to Yumcax, I got it down to about 71% w/Trusts before people came to help.

It rains here frequently, i live on the south coast. but, you'd get more if you where more central inland, but then if you went to the midlands, you would be in floodplains.
I recommend Scotland/Wales for Rain. Or London area.

probably about an hour or a little more. as long as you give it at least 45 minutes the steak will be more tender, juicy, and the fat will melt into the muscle better. if you don't give it at least 45 it wont reabsorb the moisture.
add on time depending on how thick it is. i leave it out for about 30, put it in the fridge for 20, then let it sit til i think it looks good.

My bro used to get steaks that were the size of roasts. He had them cut for him at a local deli/butcher place.

this was just from publix, but the guy cut it fresh for me. they didn't have any porterhouse sitting out. that's why it looks a little more pink. i'll try to take a picture after 45 mins. it'll be a very purdy red.
