I like to have everyone's levels/job levels pretty even so they all levelup at about the same time. Well, unless you spend a lot of time grinding before moving onto the next parts they come around at about the level you're expected to be anyway.
And there isn't really any reason to grind at the start of a game already <.< Thinking about the old days in that other thread made me think about the first person I played with in FFXI.
It was some mithra war, noob like me. We were at the same spot at the same time and decided to start doing nation missions together. It was pretty fun even though there was barely any talking, it was the first time I played in party, I thought it was really cool. Then some days later I get a message on pol.. "I'm sorry but I won't be playing anymore. My house burned down and all my family died in the fire." was like whaaaaaaaat. Never cast Firaga in your basement. If that message was telling the truth then....wow. That's horrible. I don't really know what to think of that.
We barely ever talked, I didn't even know if it was a man or a woman. And I always thought it's strange to send a FFXI message to someone you barely know after such a dramatic event. Idk man, I don't wanna be cynical or anything, but always thought was pretty weird lol. Ah Phoenix, u so crazy. I like bananas.
I don't like Dork Souls. So banana over that game anyday. DS games aren't hard tho :o If you die its usually your own fault. Well... 2 was BS with its throw 8 enemies at you in every room but that's a shitty game made by different people.
I like it. The trial and error part of it is rewarding to me. I do understand why some people wouldn't want to play it though. I hated DaS 1 until I really sat down and played it without the guns blazing mind set.
Star Trek Online season 11.5 is out. \('w')/
http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/9910803-star-trek-online%3A-season-11.5-now-live! Quote: Nearly a year ago, the Alliance began to investigate the possibilities of using time travel as a tool to change the past in order to save the future. With the successful construction and deployment of the Annorax-class Science Dreadnought, the first steps were made into a new future of exploration and conflict mitigation. Unfortunately, the recent theft of that same ship has potentially planted the seeds of our destruction, and those seeds begin to bear fruit in the episode “Temporal Front”. There will be political intrigue, an enemy plot, and a massive fleet engagement while the past and future of the Alliance hangs in the balance. This Featured Episode will be an escalation point in this budding conflict that you definitely don’t want to miss! On top of another amazing episode, we have a great collection of features and updates for everyone to enjoy. First and foremost, we have a complete revamp of the Skill System. This revamp will make creating any build you want clearer, simpler, and easier across the board. Everything in the Skill System has been laid out, rethought, continually tested, and iterated on with you on our test shard for nearly two months. I couldn’t be more excited for this change, and I can’t wait for everyone to get their hands on it. In addition to the skill revamp we have the brand new Strategist Secondary Specialization, the Romulan Admiralty Campaign, a new and exciting Na’kuhl-themed Red Alert, and last but certainly not least, the ability to slot ship visuals independent from your starship stats. All in all, this is one of the largest mid-season updates in the history of Star Trek Online, and I can’t wait to see everyone enjoying it in game. Stephen Ricossa Executive Producer Star Trek Online 6gb update. @_@; Besides the fact that I don't like playing a game that is too hard(although I've heard many people saying the difficulty of this game is overstimated)because I play to feel relaxed, not frustrated.
But the gameplay itself was awful to me. I hated the controls. Never wanna touch it again. |
