Nothing else to go on about.. I have no idea what the show/movie was, and I haven't been able to find it despite exhaustive googling efforts.. IIRC (this was a long time ago, so I don't know this part for sure) it was sort of like an adult tales from the crypt..

Positive, he was about to get rid of her and bring in the new woman, she was a sex robot, specifically created for that 'task'.. When she found out he was leaving her for someone else she went crazy.
