The Visored Selection only has the usual 3% chance at a 5-star I'm afraid, so unless you specifically want one of them, it's not that great. :/
But hey! If we're really going to be getting all the events Japan just had (they had the Karakura Festival in December) then there's a chance we'll get the event with farmable 5-star Toshiro!

The real struggle, was that i started this bluestacks character, and it got 5star Byakuga.
If you want to find it just look for "PocketLina"
