you have done a lot of downloading this month
-No isp is unlimited bandwidth
-You're down to 10% so most companies send a warning at that point so you don't max out or go over and incrue ***etc
Just sounds to me like another way for them to grab more cash.

UVerse must have a ridiculously high bandwidth cap then. I use 300gb+ a month easily between streaming, youtube, and torrenting and I've never received any indication of breaking or nearing a cap.

There always is some clause in the contract.
Bell, Rogers and Cogico all offer them without even scrolling down the page of googleing "unlimited bandwidth internet"... The one I have is an unlimited bandwidth plan.
