Got a question for anyone here who has had to deal with it.

So my package I had ordered was said to have arrived yesterday in my mailbox at 11:51 AM, had a tracking number, and yet when I asked mom and dad if they had a package for me, they said that I did not. So I contact the post office and tell them what is going on, and they tell me the courier said he delivered the package, but there was another package inside of the mailbox and he just put it in and left.

Now I'm not going to lie here, I feel like my package was stolen, this particular mailman has a history of mixing up our mail (Already checked with neighbors, none have seen one for me.) and also leaving our mailbox lids wide open with packages sticking right out of them for someone to drive up and steal. He's also put packages down by my garage door where it's also in plain sight of the road. If I have neighbors who will vouch for me that this guy has been doing this and that my package may have been stolen, could I potentially get my money back?

I had the same thing happen to me, they said a guy named "Steve" signed for it...

Well over here they just dump it if we're not here, we've also made complaints about that but Southern Ohio isn't really the best when it comes to a good community.

Looks like you might be able to file a claim if you have proof of purchase and stuff. Check that link for more info.
