Reminded me of a whole chapter of my life..made me feel nostalgic. I kept using it for 6 years, till I started my internship and felt the need to have portable references in the form of e-books and the like, so I bought an HTC Touch.
Btw, the locals here uses to give each Nokia model a weird nickname. There was the butterfly, the wondrous, the terrific, the stubborn...mine was called "the seagull"..don't ask me to explain it.

I didn't think it was right to touch other people's food so instead of handing them over I just moved the tray towards my brother's gf so she could pick one up herself. She bitched at me cause "I'm too haughty to serve a guest".

On a serious note, I'm also like that when it comes to handling food, and I have a friend who is also the same. Unfortunately, I don't think most people are this concerned about it, so they won't understand the reason behind what you did (on the spot) unless you explicitly tell them. I know it sounds kinda stupid, but that's what my friend does. It also saves you from the trouble of not being able to tell them the real reason behind not eating that sandwich they handed over to you with their bare hands.
