My town is kinda small, if I go at the buttcrack of dawn, before they even open and wait outside for like 15 mins for them to open, I can be in and out within an hour.. Otherwise I'll be there 3 or more.

Pizza takes like an hour here unless you go pick it up that is then its much quicker.

If you go for stickers for your plates or the plates themselves or anything to do with that its quick here (downtown Chicago) but if you go for anything to do with your license then thats a different story.

One of the biggest problems at the DMV is that most people forget or don't have a lot of the things they need and the people aren't always willing to at least try and help them so they sit there bickering for an hour.

Got my learner's renewed (WAAAAAAAAAAAAY back when) in like... 5 minutes? The only time I've ever taken more than 30 is when I've been testing for permit or license, and obvious reasons as to why there.

You know what would be nice IG relating to abyssea? If you had a 5 minute grace-like period where your lights wouldn't fade. I hate dumping merits then having to completely rebuild.
Obviously, if you change jobs or something, you'd lose them, or something to that effect...

I did all my testing and such in school. They always provided a class and on my 16th birthday I was at the DMV waiting to get my license lol. It took about 30 or so minutes... I think. Its more the waiting then anything but all I had to do was walk up there and hand the stuff in.

Make it like the pages you get? The effect does not wear off as long as you don't change jobs. Then you get the issue of will that last for each zone? I think thats more of the issue if they program something like that would people use it to zone hop with said lights.
