I love the thing, the sound is pretty god damn amazing, and the screen on it is great for the size (can't complain about a 1080p screen that's only a couple of inches big). Love the HTC interface as well, it's better than the normal Android one and the Samsung one imo. I do have a complaint, though; the screen flip is janky as ***. The thing needs to be turned and smacked for the screen to change to and from landscape/portrait properly.

Yeah in 1-3 months as far as I last heard.

I honestly have only seen one person with that phone (and it was in red!) and working in retail I see a lot of phones. It is a shame because all the guys at work watch video/listen to music on their loliphones and they would all have been better suited with the One.
what about galaxy S4?

no cellular device on the market is as good as the HTC One in terms of media consumption. it's the only one, afaik, with speakers that actually make sense. its audio boost codec (Beats Audio) works with most headphones too since it's got a built in amp.
