Yeah. I'd like to see some remakes with some "free-play" after the credits roll, like temp characters unlocked, kinda like how FFIV Adv. allowed you to recruit temp charactes.

My sister has a fascination with England now because she's been watching Hetalia and England is her favorite character. She was talking to somebody saying that she was a big otaku and I'll admit I'm not a huge anime fan but me and my siblings had a anime phase too when we were younger..so I told her that last I heard being an Otaku (because I'm mean and can't keep my mouth shut) was actually kind of derogatory to which she informed me it wasn't anymore. It just means that she can name various anime series..in fact..over 8 series! she said I was missing out on some great shows.

I said that I've seen animes before...she told me "sailor moon doesn't count"

oh no she di'int. I told her she couldn't begin to call herself an otaku til she's atleast seen Cowboy Bebop which is arguably the greatest anime ever in practically a good portion of the internets opinion. She said she'd never heard of it and neither has her friend who is a bigger otaku than her.

now we're angrily setting up the netflix/amazon. Lets marathon this bio-tch. We gonna have to start with some Cowboy Bebop, then the movie which we have on the DVD..then some Samurai Champloo, maybe throw in some FLCL, Gundam F-ing Wing and Ive got Endless Waltz right here also on DVD...and we're gonna finish it off with some Last Exile because gurlfran don't know what good is.

PS I'm not really that mean, this all occurred because I was buying her $80 worth of clothing that had the english flag on them.

HERESY! How can you call yourself an otaku if you haven't sat through each and every episode of Dragonball?! None of that Dragonball Kai crap, either; all the filler and power-up episodes, too! >:O

Na, I have. Goku screams for 8 episodes and his attack is either blocked, ineffective, or misses completely. This is watched on TV by the non combatant characters with blank stares on their faces.

we grew up with DBZ everyday after school..not because it was exactly the best show on television but..just because...

personally I get greater enjoyment out of DBZ abridged these days..it's way better than the original.

dbz abridged is awesome. i tried to get my nephew to watch anime. he wasn't having it. he likes watching bull riding. his dumb *** mom's redneck family has ruined him ; ;

I did, too. I remember after school one day, bus driver assigned a seating chart, took an hour. Kid on the bus that looked like Lucky Bob from Histeria! started yelling "Muthafucka I better make it home before Dragon Ball Z comes on!" Alot of people watched DBZ.

I went to a mostly black school from 6-9th grade..I was the only white kid I knew for a while...I remember sitting in art class and the "cool" kids would be copying/tracing dragonball z photos and being all like "n*gga look how good an artist I am" and I'd be thinking to myself "could you guys choose an uglier style to emulate?"

I never said anything because my locker was covered in sailor moon pictures..yeah..

Eh u remember when I was you g wanting to watch nothing but shows like Gundam and robotech, speed racer. Then in HS trying to join an anime club, when they asked me whic I've seen I listed a few good ones, like Black Magic M66, Nausicaa of the vally of the wind, and got the response of "oh those arn't anime, comeback when you have watched something real like dragonball..." *** tards only wanted members who seen ***that was on tv everyday.
Only reason I wanted to join it was they went to a few cons paid I. Full by one of the members parents a few times a year

The Futue Trunks/Android/Cell story was pretty kewl, though.
And Bardock is a badass character.

You should've just laughed at them or tried to get their club dissolved since they aren't really delving into their chosen subject. In any case, I would've laughed at the noobs.

Got to episode 5 of Devil Survivor 2 last night. I actualy recommend this to people. For a anime based off a turn based strat RPG, it's well done.
