also...I think the weirdos that lived here before me came back to case the place today -.-

When they were evicted, they left all of their crap and kept saying they would come back for it. As of last week, my landlord and his son took the second to last dump run with their crap. All that is left is a pile of tires.

From what my landlord said, they were pretty pissed they lost their $400 deposit for doing $1000 worth of damage and refused to move and used the excuse that their stuff was here to indicate property privilege/rights/access something something tweaker logic something.
