I always thought that was normal as a kid lol. Almost wish it was more like that though. My normal frequent headaches upgraded to migraines. Stupid doctors telling me I'll be fine as long as I don't consume any alcohol, tabacco or caffiene and until I do they wont help me cause clearly I don't want it

Actually never used tabacco. I drink maybe once a year. And I've never used much caffiene either. Mostly out of laziness. Having to keep buying drinks is annoying and water is just a tap away :). Well there was that one time I was taking alot to stay barely conscious and to try and mitigate the pain along with a good 12 + excedrin a day which is decent amount of caffiene too. Yeah that helped sorta lol

Did that... a few times actually. Neurologist spent a couple of minutes with me and sent me to mental health. Mental health spent an hour with me and sent me back to the neurologist telling him to stop pawning stuff onto them. He sent me back and then back to him a couple more times till he got chewwed out than it pretty much got ignored lol.

Yeah I used to get migraines every couple months, then they slowed down to about once a year. I can deal with that and infrequent migraines can just be small neurological irregularities. When they pick up in frequency is when they need to be looked out.

They shouldn't write you off because you have one drink a year though. If you're getting them every couple weeks/months 9 months after your last drink, you can be pretty sure alcohol isn't a trigger. At the very least they should be able to put you on some sort prescription migraine med to help regulate it.

I was in the Navy... half the meds disqualified me from just about everything and a bit of apathy in figuring out whats wrong with people. If there isn't a huge obviously visible problem it's half assumed you are just trying to get out of work. And will use any small excuse to pawn the blame off on something else or not really do their job

And yeah there are weeks where it's go to bed with one wake up with it for weeks on end.

I get headaches a LOT too. We're talking a few times a week. At first the doctor told me they were tension headaches and gave me muscle relaxers. Seriously, they did NOTHING. Then I went to the doctor for massive body pain a few weeks ago and found out I have fibromyalgia. You could ask your doctor about that.

Before and after work. Between prepping for shows and photo shoots and a regular job for now I am busy. So I like to play for a few hours when I get home. It's fun and helps me relax.
