Solo distortion to Regurgitation MB is good for soloing/low-manning something with higher DEF (outside of abyssea typically). When your best spells are doing ***for damage, you may still be able to hit 7-800 regurgitation face-to-face MB'd. However, I find that regurgitation randomly doesn't MB on some NMS. Tanihwa for instance, me and my friend used to duo that a lot as rdm and blu, regurgitation simply would not MB (although would still be good damage comparative to physical spam), even though I'd have it land at the exact same time, shortly after, or shortly before he MB'd with blizz III.
