Whats a good anime to watch?
i hate when im talking to someone new and im like oh you like any animes and they are like "oh yeah i love DBZ!!!!" makes me facepalm so much lol sure its anime but its lowest of the low lol

I watched Sekirei recently on campus. I was forced to watch it since the rest of the room was watching it.
Yes, they have huge ***. Yes, they are exposed from time to time (at least 3~4 times per episode) but you get used to it after awhile. I can say I actually plan on watching season 2 once it's out and dubbed.
Season 1 is on Netflix (dubbed).
The show is all about gettin' ***. If you're a man, watch this show.
This anime was actually really good.

Main reason I liked dubbed over subbed? Many Japanese voices piss me the *** off, mainly girls. They're so high pitched they make me want to rip my dreads out. This goes for JRPGs too, lol, but we're on anime right now.
If it's a little girl, I can understand, but when the girl is about 20~30 and sounds like she's 10, we've got a serious issue. Dubbed versions generally fix this. Sure the dialog might be cheesier, but I'm sure those that know 100% Japanese, the regular versions of anime are just as cheesy, it's just not cheesy to us since we can't understand it, lol.

GF's dad loves DBZ: Kai. He watches it every Sunday (?) morning. The ironic part is that he hates anything dealing with Japan and the Japanese. Hmmm.
One thing I can't stand is Kugimiya Rie and every god damn tsundere loli she voices. Ruins it for me. I hate tsundere lolis in anime too and it's so overused >_> Why can't they use older characters more? A tsundere loli isn't cute, it's god damn annoying.
