I'm a nice person. I helped a blm camp aspid with me to get him a dalmy. Unfortunately he brought some friends out, alliance with me, and stole my adamantoise egg from me and got his dalmy.

If you're talking about around here, there are some. You just have to be on the lookout for them. You post here long enough, you usually can tell who's nice and who isn't (well, appear to be anyways).

There's a major difference between genuine kindness and the failure to take assertive action.

You can still be a fairly decent guy and still employ cutthroat tactics. Or be a douchebag who donates all his earnings to various charities or something like that.

It's a major disservice to limit oneself to a simple title like the one-dimensional "nice guy" or "***".

I dunno I easily detect 2 faced people. Just something I picked up from working in Corporate so long.

Anyways people are nice when they get to know you. Someone randomly poping up and being nice is super weird to me. (except if your a noob and that guy is pretty bored)

The moment you make friends those are the legit nice people.

"Nice" is almost purely subjective, and thus it has different meanings to different people.

However, saying "there are no nice people left out there" clearly makes you seem like a cynical person who either got
a.) called a bad name, or
b.) scammed, or
c.) pwned, or
d.) some combination of the above.

I would call myself a nice guy. With my friends and people that I feel comfortable around, I'm sure I seem cheerful and helpful.
When I'm with strangers, I try to be considerate. I give them a chance, and I treat them with respect if I think they deserve it.

I have a very low crap-tolerance threshold, though. In person, this isn't really evident (I try to keep my dislike of certain people subtle), but I'm sure it shows in-game. Honestly, some people just need to be shown their goddamn place. This goes for obnoxious people, trolls, jerkwads, douches, whatever.

That's my two cents. Probably doesn't help anybody though.
