For me, it seems to be crapping out on the cogentco pipeline from Seattle to SFO.

I didn't even get the R0 this time around. I was just booted while running.

I'm seeing POL-0006, POL-2059 and POL-3100 now!

Getting same error. Was online, got booted on zone, trying to log in now and getting same error. Can use all other internet activity.

A friend mentioned that this is also happening to some people on FFXIV

Not an internet issue other games load fine. Alt was logged in just fine till I swapped to tethering the net. Soooooo, server throttle; final answer!

I got back in for about 10 min, timed out zoning into Rabao. Just got a Version Update failed message.

Just got back on. Not sure if it's fixed or if its due to my VPN. Just reset it and tried in a few minutes and it worked.
