I'm having issues also. 0011 and 1160 network is busy blah blah. started yesterday around 4pm est. search failed and AH problems followed by getting stuck in black loading screen til disconnect. Was able to get back on yesterday after about an hour then dc'd last night at some point and have been trying for almost 4hrs to login but i can only make it up to connecting to server then crashes and starts process over again. :D fun times!

Had this same issue yesterday restarted my router and left the game alone for ~4-5 hrs came back and no problems yet

I've reset the modem about 10 times so far, also restarted PC several times, checked cables, etc etc. it's prolly just me and the stupid run away blimp that took out half the power lines in the area.

Guess I spoke to soon. Had no problems yesterday after doing that, came on today still good, zone into escha zitah and it's back

I am getting this message today. It ask me to check my connection but as you can see, im online making this post so there is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

"POL-0011" error appears when the network is congested or unable to receive the response from the server but it may appear after you enter the registration code. Thus you may not be able to confirm whether the registration of the expansion disc is complete or not"

Ah, ok, thank you, I would have never guessed and kept trying to log in looking at the ff 11 homepage saying the servers are up.
I am glad I can come here and connect and confirm that. This place is a godsend, Thank you gys.

***, I’m off today. I was planning on getting a ton of stuff done. I didn’t look any further into the actual maintenance times. I just assumed they’d be overnight. Boy was I wrong.

Anyone else getting the POL-0011 the past 15 minutes? I can't log in any of my accounts now! All other online activity is working though; it's just logging into POL that's b0rken.

I got DC'd as well.

But theres still people on server playing.
Maybe an ISP issue service router going down?

I'm in Houston Texas and use Xfinity.
