Was trying to get some magic skillups for my puppet by using Light Maneuver's so it'll use Dia, but it's only casting Poison/Slow/Paralyze/Blind which always get resisted.
Tried it on a mob and it instantly casted Dia on it

It's not like it's a fishing bot, you're using the game mechanics alone.. They gonna start banning people for playing the game in the fashion it was intended now, too? He would still be botting which I guess SE temp / sometimes perma bans for. If your just meleeing your not doing anything wrong, melee is auto attack where Range Attacks have to be done via macro or selecting via menu.
Another way to put this, it's like skilling SMN magic via repeating macros.

just a heads up i figured wth i will go get my new caps and guess what they nerfed this trick. will not give you skill ups anymore glad i capped all my stuff before the update at least.

Are you sure that those things aren't just too low lvl to be skilled up on?

working fine for me. maybe it caps at lv75? but i'm still using it.
I'll be checking this tonight if I can remember to set up for it. I highly doubt it was nerfed, if anything should just remove the op and make it only used for skillups and throw a few more around.

Nope, They still give skills, but unless the cap was changed i got FA with daggers @ lvl 76. But with H2H which was in around the 160 skill mark i was getting skills.
Anyone know if you can use this to skill up to Lv80 A+ cap?
It stopped skilling up at 223 sword skill for me (used the two on first map).
I had previously capped Staff at 240 here, strange.
Did you hit the same forts from first map or the other one?
Seems to only work until you're capped @lvl75

Just wanted to let you guys know that this still works; I just slept for 8 hours while letting my whm go from 137 club to 206 on a single fortalice! Crazy props to OP. :3

I can confirm it works but its caps for lvl 75 did it with katana for nin a week ago
