It looks like you sucked off a fairy. erm it's make up lol I actually took those pictures for practicing my photomanipulations and photoshop painting, since it is easier to practice with yourself when you are trying to learn something using pic-references... but I also wanted to add a little more to my pictures, so I put on all that make up .-. I was very bored indeed, and that picture came out of all the others I took, i thought it was really well focused and the light was good... so i left it like that, never edited it. but if you look at my forehead it has no make up XD ...fail.
