I think this is good for Smn. It's sad that the Lv70 BP:R's were generally better than the meritted ones. Merit BP:R's should be signifigantly stronger, as they are merits. (That's like making Slow stronger than Slow II)
As for Rdm, they really didn't need anything at all, it's already the most sought-after job in many cases, why on earth buff 'em more?

Mind if I ask what does Blm need? I only took it to 37, so I don't know any issues with it. Need bigger numbers? o.o
