I think some jobs definitely need to be added to gear sets.

COR - Kirin's Osode Set
SCH - Zenith
DNC - needs an abjurational set.
BST - Shadow Breastplate Set

Not to mention jobs like COR & RNG need more ranged weapon choices. >.> And there's some COR should be able to use that they can't.
