Seriously now, the claim feature is a part of the game for this very reason, you CANNOT call a GM and you LOSE your right to *** the moment you let it stay yellow, doesn't matter if your camping 5mins or 5hours, a claim means its yours. Ownership, finished, its over, call the game.
Before you post dumb stuff about how your butthurt over something that was your fault, consider game mechanics.
