After a few weeks of hard work (and incinerating, freezing, slicing, electrocuting, breaking and drowning thousands of enemies) I got my Black mage to level 99. Unlike years ago, where I leveled in parties or using pets to xp; I was this time able to solo on Toughs or even Very Toughs thanks to the Trust system. Imo, Black mage doesn't really shine until you get to the last few levels. It was a rough ride, but in the end very much worth it. Nuking stuff for high damage is pretty awesome >:) (I do feel a bit sorry for the worm in the picture though... but only a bit).
