I have probably used 300+ of my own orbs on various characters... and ran with other's over 500 times. I have never, ever seen this drop. Used to solo it fairly quickly on RDM/RNG, open with Chainspell Gravity > nukes 50~80 MP > Sleep > Convert > Drain until CS wore, then Barrage > ranged > SW repeat until dead. Lasted about 3 1/2 mins.
