@Himsaa: Exactly what m.acc on anything else does, except that this only works if you have the weapon main-handed. It's meant so that your m.acc is equivalent to what it would be if your job level matched your item levels. What some people don't realize is that this isn't just for magic itself, but things like additional effects on WSs and such.
