We were talking about that last night, we weren't sure how to do that. This morning though i thought maybe just cut them out and place them sticking out of that cut.

But I don't know yet. Not sure if it will look right or not. Maybe carve out of another pumpkin and place into the bomb?

No actually we used my little bomb keychain i bought years ago as an example^^
