You can move the UI and change it however you want and resize windows/remove hotbars. It's not as bad as you think.

Rebind your keys so you don't have anything above 5 (or Ctrl+5) or possibly 6. This will free you up for mouse turning which is far superior to keyboard turning/keyboard based play.

The more stuff going on the more exciting it is. Why would that be a bad thing? Btw do you really play at 4200x2500? That's a huge screen shot. lol

@Watu wut? there's a mini map, you can ignore that for the sake of this fight or when fighting period.

the lower right is the menu/inventory indicators and take up very little space once again you only need to care about them outside of battle.

in the upper left you have your party's hp and the limit break indicator, unless you're healer or dying the only other part that concerns you is the limit break and thats usually only for a boss fight.

the bar bellow the party status section shows all monsters you are on the threat table for and has a clear/green/yellow/red indication for how much threat you have (red is bad if you aren't the tank fyi)

Also the threat bar shows how much hp the monster has, additionally there is a larger bar in the top center which shows monster HP as well, well specifically how much your current target has, additionally this is where it will show buff/debuffs.
